Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Creator Lab, including our website (aicreatorlab.io), coaching program, community, and related materials (collectively, the "Program"). The Program is operated by AI Creator Lab ("AICL," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, purchasing anything from us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Program. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. The Program
AICL provides education and training on creating and monetizing AI-generated content, along with community access and group coaching support. The Program includes:
- Video training content on AI content creation
- Access to a private community and weekly group coaching calls, Q&A, and content reviews
- Guidance and resources related to securing brand partnerships
The Program does not include 1-on-1 coaching. All coaching, calls, and support are delivered in a group format. We do not guarantee individual attention, personalized strategy sessions, or dedicated one-on-one time with any coach or founder.
3. No Guarantee of Income or Results
Any income figures, earnings examples, student results, or testimonials referenced on our website, in our marketing, or during sales calls are illustrative and exceptional, not typical. Your results will depend on your own effort, skill, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that you will earn any specific amount of money or achieve any particular result from participating in the Program. Brand deals, retainers, and commissions referenced in our marketing depend on third-party brands and are not owed or guaranteed by AICL.
4. Payment
The Program is offered for a one-time investment or, where available, an approved payment plan disclosed to you before purchase. All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the agreed amount, including any scheduled installments under a payment plan. You are responsible for all payments due under a payment plan regardless of your participation level or results.
5. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within [14 / 30] days of your enrollment date, provided that you have:

- Submitted proof of completed action steps as outlined in onboarding (e.g., [specific deliverables]), and
- Requested the refund in writing to team@aicreatorlab.io within the window above
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions, or that are submitted after the window closes, will not be honored. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X] business days. If you are on a payment plan, any refund does not relieve you of amounts already due for installments processed before your request, except as required by the conditions above.
6. Community Conduct
Members of the private community agree to act professionally and in good faith. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, without refund, for harassment, abusive behavior, sharing or reselling Program materials without authorization, or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other members or to AICL.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, templates, scripts, and other content provided through the Program are the property of AICL and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or publicly share Program materials without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Brands and Platforms
AICL facilitates access to a brand portfolio and platform relationships (e.g., Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) but does not control these third parties. We are not responsible for changes to their policies, payouts, commission structures, or availability, and we do not guarantee that any specific brand deal will be offered to you or that any deal will remain available for any period of time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICL and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income or profits, arising from your participation in the Program or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you actually paid to AICL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Program will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
